We created Taldea so people can share Moments with their groups, not so we can build a large database of personal memories.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the rights you have regarding your data.

By using Taldea, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Taldea is currently operated by its joint data controllers, who decide how and why personal data is processed in the app.

Groups that remain inactive according to Taldea's product rules may be removed together with associated content.

When you delete your account, we remove your account information and active content as far as technically feasible and legally permitted.

Certain information may be retained where required by law, security obligations or dispute resolution purposes.

Anonymous or aggregated usage information may be retained for analytical purposes.

This information cannot reasonably be used to identify individual users.
